FREE Budget Terminal Shuttle Services to T2

Passengers can shuttle conveniently between the BT and Changi Airport Terminal 2 by hopping onto our specially designed 24-hr BT Shuttle Service. Through this service, you may access the MRT trains and public buses at T2, and also transfer to T1/T3 using the Skytrain. The maximum capacity for the bus is 44 travellers, with a seating capacity of 22 and specially fitted luggage storage racks. The bus journey between T2 and the BT will take about 5-10 minutes.

Airport Shuttle Service

Travelers looking for a speedy and affordable transport option that brings you to the door step of your hotel are recommended to take the Airport Shuttle Service which charges based on headcount.

The Airport Shuttle Service uses a 9-seater executive coach and it currently serves almost all hotels in Singapore with the exception of Changi Village Hotel and hotels on the Sentosa Island. This service is available 24hrs daily, and passengers are required to make booking at the counters in the Arrival Hall.

• Every 15 minutes from 0600 to Midnight.

City Train (MRT)

Passengers may connect to the trains by taking the free BT Shuttle Service to T2. They can take the train from T2 to Tanah Merah station and switch to the west bound train service to get to the city in less than 30 mins. The first and last train timings of the Changi Airport Extension are as follows:

Taxi

Taxis will stop at taxi pick-up points at the arrival level. The journey to city is estimated to cost between S$18.00 and S$38.00 and takes approximately 30 minutes.

The service uses dedicated taxis and brings you to any destination in Singapore. Please approach the Service Counter at the arrival hall.

Public Buses

You may also alight at the bus stops located along the Airport Boulevard Road. The walk between the bus stop and the BT takes about 10 to 15 minutes. For greater convenience, BT users are encouraged to take the free BT Shuttle Service.

Private Vehicles Parking

An open car park for about 300 vehicles is available in front of the BT. It caters to cars, motorcycles and coaches.

Handicapped parking slots are also available.

The car park charge is 1.78 cents per minute, and capped at $13.25 per 24 hour block.

Arrival kerbside outside the Arrival Hall. Kindly note that no waiting is allowed to avoid congestion.
