Immigration Automatic Clearance System (IACS)

If you are a Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident, Immigration Long-Term Pass Holder or Work Permit Holder, you can apply for a personalized Access Card. It enables you to clear immigration at Changi Airport using the automated express channel. You will need to apply in person, during office hours, at either the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) Building or at the Access Card Counter at Arrival Hall of Changi Airport, Terminal 2. The card costs S$30 and is valid for three years.

Airport Health Service

If you are arriving within six days of passing through areas endemic for Yellow Fever (e.g. Africa & South America), you will need to produce a FEVER VACCINATION CERTIFICATE . If you are unable to produce the document, you will be required to go for necessary vaccination, which is chargeable.

Baggage Claim

You can refer to the Flight Information television screens for the allocation of your Baggage Claim Belt. Free usage of baggage trolleys are available in the Baggage Claim Hall.
